アメリカ、イリノイ州シカゴ出身のエモ/パンクバンドCAP'N JAZZのメンバーだったTim Kinsella、Mike Kinsella、Victor Villarreal、Sam Zurickによって2001年に結成されたインディー・ロックバンドOWLSがなんと13年ぶりの2ndアルバムをリリース！前作はJade Tree Recordsからのリリースで、Mike KinsellaがOwenとしてソロ活動に集中するために活動を休止していたが10年以上の時を経て新作を完成！
